This case study is studied to improve the number of business customer (MICE) in Mercure Hoi An Royal Hotel. Through investigating the guest's satisfaction and demand asell as policies of Marketing - Mix Strategy in there, I point out some strengths and weaknesses of Mercure Hoi An Royal Hotel.
