Nghiên cứu này nhằm phát triển sản phẩm gia vị rắc cơm kết hợp nấm rơm và chùm ngây, hướng tới một sản phẩm vừa ngon miệng vừa bổ dưỡng. Kết quả khảo sát nguyên liệu cho thấy nấm rơm và chùm ngây có thành phần dinh dưỡng phù hợp để chế biến gia vị rắc cơm. Nhiệt độ và thời gian sấy lần 1 tối ưu cho nấm rơm là 60°C trong 6,5 giờ, và cho chùm ngây là 50°C trong 140 phút. Công thức phối trộn tối ưu là nấm rơm: vừng: chùm ngây = 1: 0,1: 0,3 và hỗn hợp nấm rơm-vừng-chùm ngây: đường: muối = 1: 0,25: 0,25. Điều kiện sấy tối ưu lần 2 của sản phẩm sau khi phối trộn là 50°C trong 60 phút.

To investigate how the incident angle of microwaves affects the microwave absorption properties of SrFe12-xCux/2Cox/2TixO19 samples, the RL curves with the different microwave incident angles were carefully simulated for two different polarization modes: transverse electric (TE) and transverse magnetic (TM).

Simulate the laserinduced ablation in air and in water to compare the induced stress between the two ablation regimes First, the simulation is carried out to reconstruct the experimental images obtained by photoelasticity imaging technique for in-air and in-water ablation. Then, the Von Mises Stress is elucidated from simulation for each regime. The result confirms the stress enhancement effect of water layer and showed that the stress is increased by at least two orders of magnitude if the ablation is carried in water.

The fungus Magnapothe oryzae causes rice blast disease, which significantly reduces the yield and quality of rice in all rice-growing regions of the world. In response to the pathogen colonization and the formation of appressorium, several families of enzymes acting on polysaccharide and lignin substrates are secreted which might facilitate infection into rice plants. In this study, we present the results on the interaction between rice and KO mutants of Magnapothe oryzae based on the analysis of expression levels of rice blast resistance genes by pPCR.
