Objectives: To describe the demands of home-based rehabilitation of children with disability in moving at Cam Le, Hai Chau and Hoa Vang district, Da Nang city. Subjects and Method: A cross-sectional descriptive study on 204 children with disability in moving at Cam Le, Hai Chau and Hoa Vang district, Da Nang city. Results: 89.2 percent children with disability in moving has different demands. The supports depends on types of demands such as 83.3 percent has demand for moving or walking, 70.1 percent for activities of daily living, 71.6 percent for familial and social participation. More than 50 percent children unable transfer by themselves and need partial or total supports for out of house to community.
