This graduation paper is about American tourism industry. Author translate chapter 7 (from English into Vietnamese) named: “Special Topic” from the book “Connecting with Customers: How to Sell, Service, and Market the Travel Product” by Marc Mancini. Firstly, author give a general introduction about the reasons for choosing the topic, then translate the English version into Vietnamese version. Besides, author also analyze some necessary issues such as vocabularies and structures in this chapter. The difficulties in the translation and some essential solutions are suggested at the end of the graduation paper.

First of all, author give a general introduction about the reasons for choosing the topic. Besides, the analysis of vocabulary, grammar, and structures retrieved from the text are needed to clarify the key terms as well as complicated structures when translating a text related to the education topic. In addition, auhor indicate some difficulties when translating education text in particular or any kind of English texts in general. Finally, there are some solutions to help everyone translate better at the end of this study. After translating this text, author have realized that all the words in the original text are not translated , but we have to choose and refine the words more accurately. Although, author can add a few words into the sentence to make the good translation , besides it do not lose the true meaning of the original text.
