This study exploits potentials to improve the quality of reception service at Hoi An Waterway Resort. Statistics and the relevant documents are used from 2017 until now. The study also offers some solutions to attracting tourists coming to the resort.

This graduation paper is a suggested translation of Chapter 19 (P423-P436) named: “Health and Medicine” of the book“Introduction to Sociology 2e” by many other authors. First, I give a general introduction about the reasons for choosing the topic, then translates the English version into Vietnamese version. Next, the I will analyze the difficult vocabulary and complicated structures of the suggested translation. Finally, the difficulties in the translation and some essential solutions are suggested at the end of the graduation paper.
