This graduation paper embarks on a study of real context at reception outlet in KAY Hotel and its business activities to attract tourists in general and international tourists in particular to this establishment. Accordingly , an analysis of actual problems in the outlet shall be exposed clearly related to quality – bases services. And then an analysis and an evaluation are carried out to find out its strengths and weeknesses. According , solutions are proposed to exploit international tourist market segment at KAY Hotel and contribute to the growth of hospitality industry in Da Nang city.

The graduation paper is performed with the aim of translating the chapter 7 “Transparencies on film” from the book "The culture industry "( 2nd edition by Theodor W.Adorno, 2001". This graduation paper translates the English language into Vietnamese language and analyzes two version about syntax, semantic and some difficult structures and vocabularies. Besides, the writer gives some difficulties in translation and suggests solutions to solving this problem.

This graduation paper is an analysis of a suggested translation of Chapter 1: “Before the taliban – a daughter is born” of the book “I am Malala: the girl who stood up for education and was shot by the taliban” by Malala Yousafzai and Christina Lamb. Besides, I also analyze some necessary issues such as vocabulary and structure in this paper. After applying for an internship at the Vitraco Tourism Company for a while, I have been exposed to the reality of the company, especially the tour operator. I have researched and investigated the quality of travel program services at this company. My graduation materials were made to analyze the strengths and weaknesses of the company's travel programs. After that, author will give some suggestions to improve the quality of the travel programs. author hope that in the future Vitraco Tourism Company will be a growing company and attract more customers.
