The primary purpose of this graduation paper is that translating the original version of chapter I “Pollution and Environmental Ethics” from the book “Environmental Pollution and Control (4th edition) by J. Jeffrey Peirce, P. Aarne Vesilind, Ruth F. Weiner. This graduation paper translates the English language into the Vietnamese language and analyzes two versions about syntax, semantic and some difficult structures and vocabularies. And based on the translated version and analysis in this paper, I myself also find out some difficulties when students translate into this book.

In this graduation paper, I would like to make an investigation into the real situation of the restaurant at Avora Hotel. This thesis is carried out basing on the theoretical background and the practical data collected. Firstly, the data about Avora are collected. Then all these data were analyzed and assessed basing on the theoretical background and real experiences. I also give some tables about the result of business and the number of tourists coming to the hotel to make paper more clearly. At last, I give some suggestions to improving the quality service of Food & Beverage Department at Avora Hotel located in Da Nang.

In this graduation paper, I would like to investigate into the service quality of the Front Office Department in Bien Vang Hotel and give some suggestions to improve it. This graduation paper (a) stater why I selected this topic(rationale),(b) presents some concepts involved in front office department and the service quality,(c) describes Bien Vang Hotel and the services of the front office department,(d) analyses and evaluates the service quality of the front office department and ( e) gives some suggestion for improving it. By doing this research. I hope the Bien Vang Hotel will attract more guests to the hotel.
