The study concentrates on giving some related definitions, the reality and the potential of spa service quality, especially in the hotels. After that, the study finds out drawbacks and advantages related to the procedures. From this, I would like to suggest some solutions to improving the quality of service in the spa as well as other additional products at Grand Tourane Da Nang Hotel.
