This study mainly focuses on researching the working of staffers at the Front Office Department, the attitude of guests about the service and analyzes the number of guests from 2017 to 2019 at Luxtery Hotel. Thus, it will find out the measures to satisfy the needs of guestss, and recommend some solutions to improving the service quality of the Front Ofice Department.

In this graduation paper, I would like to offer a suggested version in Vietnamese for English version of chapter 7 “Diet and Healthy” from the book “Food culture in Belgium" by Peter Schollers, 2009. In addition, I also analyzed some difficult vocabulary and grammar structures that I encountered during the process of translation this text.
