In this graduation paper, I have found information about the Green Plaza hotel, strategies being used in attracting tourists, factors affecting to the attraction of tourists of the hotel, strong and weak points. Besides, I also give some suggestions so as to contribute to the attraction of tourists of Green Plaza hotel in the low season.

My graduation paper has three specific objectives. The first is giving some basic theories of hotel business, F&B service in hotel, the process of service and the factors affecting the quality of service of F&B department. The second is the real situation of the service quality at F&B department in Hoi An Historic Hotel. The last is some suggestions to improve the service quality at F & B at Hoi An Historic Hotel.
