Introduction shows three tems consisting of the rationale, the outline and the methodology. Theoretical background gives an overview of the Hotel business and Restaurant Department. Case descriptiion present about Sea Phoenix Hotel and some Restaurant Department issues at Sea Phoenix Hotel. Analysis and evaluation of the Restaurant Department activities as well as the strong points and weak points of it. Conclusion and suggestions, conclusion and some suggestions to attract guests to the Sea Phoenix Hotel in general and the Restaurant Department in particular.
