1 Factors related to depression in non-small-cell lung cancer patients treated at K Hospital during 2021 - 2022 / Do Tuyet Mai, Pham Van Tuong, Le Khanh Linh, Tran Thi Thanh Huong // .- 2023 .- Tập 173 - Số 12 - Tháng 12 .- P. 128-134 .- 610

Non-small cell lung cancer is currently the second most common cancer when assessing common cancer and the number of cancer deaths; there are a limited number of studies about depression in lung cancer patients in Vietnam. This cross -sectional descriptive study aimed to describe depression in non-small cell lung cancer patients treated at K Hospital from 2021 – 2022 and associated factors. The study was conducted on 243 NSCLC patients treated at K Tan Trieu Hospital by direct phone call interview and psychiatric clinical examination.

2 JAK2 exon 12 variants in vietnamese patients with JAK2 V617F-negative primary myelofibrosis / Nguyen Thy Ngoc, Ha Manh Quyet // .- 2023 .- Vol 21 - Number 2 .- P. 243-248 .- 610

Primary myelofibrosis is the severe form of myeloproliferative neoplasms that causes scar tissue in the bone marrow, leading to low production of blood cells and thus, life span shortening. Besides the most common variant JAK2 V617F, the association between these disorders with other variants in the JAK2 gene, especially the exon 12 variants have been poorly studied. In our research, the JAK2 exon 12 variants were detected by amplification and sequencing from genomic samples of five cases with V617F-negative primary myelofibrosis.

3 Expression of deubiquitinase genes and inflammatory response in myeloid leukemia / Nguyen Thanh Huyen, Nguyen Hoang Giang, Nguyen Thi Xuan // Công nghệ sinh học - Vietnam Journal of Biotechnology .- 2022 .- Vol 20 .- P. 401-408 .- 610

Myeloid leukemia (ML) is a cancer of the blood that begins when cells of the myeloid lineage uncontrollably change and grow. Acute myeloid leukemia (AML) is a disorder of rapid, uncontrolled growth of immature myeloid cells in the blood and bone marrow. Chronic myeloid leukemia (CML) is characterized by the aberrant proliferation of myeloid cells and driven by the translocation of regions of the BCR and ABL genes to form the Philadelphia (Ph) chromosome. To this end, blood samples of 20 AML and 62 CML patients and the control group consisting of 37 healthy individuals were used to examine the mRNA expression of A20, OTUB1, OTUB2 and Cezanne genes by using quantitative RT-PCR and determine IL-6, TNF-α and IL-1β concentrations by using ELISA. In conclusion, this study revealed the different DUB involvement in the pathogenesis of ML, suggesting further investigations on gene polymorphisms and their functions linked to biological properties of leukemia cells.
