Đối tượng và phương pháp nghiên cứu: Hồi cứu hồ sơ bệnh án các trường hợp nhập khoa Cấp cứu tổng hợp trong năm 2023 được xét nghiệm PCT và cấy máu. Kết quả: Tuổi trung bình của mẫu nghiên cứu là 71,25 (±14,71), nam chiếm 118 (45,2%) trường hợp, tỉ lệ cấy máu dương tính là 17,6% trường hợp, trong đó có 36 (78,3%) trường hợp gram âm và 10 (21,7%) trường hợp gram dương. qSOFA là yếu tố lâm sàng liên quan đến kết quả cấy máu. Nhóm có qSOFA ≥ 2 cho kết quả cấy máu với tỉ lệ dương tính là 21,6% cao gần gấp đôi nhóm còn lại (12%). Có 2 yếu tố liên quan đến loại vi khuẩn phân lập được là thân nhiệt và nồng độ PCT trong huyết tương: trong số các trường hợp có thân nhiệt ≤ 38oC và nồng độ PCT < 0,671 ng/ml phân lập được vi khuẩn, gram âm chiếm 25% và gram dương chiếm 75% trường hợp; trong số các trường hợp có thân nhiệt > 38oC và/hoặc nồng độ PCT ≥ 0,671 ng/ml phân lập được vi khuẩn, gram âm chiếm 97,1% và gram dương chiếm 2,9% trường hợp. Kết luận: qSOFA là yếu tố lâm sàng liên quan đến kết quả cấy máu. Thân nhiệt và PCT là 2 yếu tố có liên quan đến loại vi khuẩn phân lập được ở bệnh nhân NKH mới nhập viện.
