21561Factors influencing the acceptance of accounting software at hotelsA case study in Danang city
The study aims to identify the influencing factors on adopting of accounting software in hotels in Da Nang, including perceived value, hotel readiness, cost, competitive pressure and risk of application. These factors are very important in determining the impact of the accounting software's adoption or the improvement of the software's better functionality. This study which included a 5-point Likert-scale questionnaire, consisting of 20 items divided into 5 sections was designed. A total of 200 questionnaires were distributed to professionals, managers and accountants in hotels in Da Nang city, one of the major cities of Vietnam, and the percentage of answer is 100%. The research results show that the variables of hotel availability, cost and competition pressure are statistically significant greatly influence on the adoption of accounting software. The contribution of the research is the basis for improvements in accounting software products that meet the hotel's requirements, from which the owner will agree to accept the use of such accounting software for an accountant’s work. Agreeing to accept the use of accounting software or upgrade the features of the accounting software will better meet the accounting's work, more in line with the current development and integration trend.

Non-small cell lung cancer is currently the second most common cancer when assessing common cancer and the number of cancer deaths; there are a limited number of studies about depression in lung cancer patients in Vietnam. This cross -sectional descriptive study aimed to describe depression in non-small cell lung cancer patients treated at K Hospital from 2021 – 2022 and associated factors. The study was conducted on 243 NSCLC patients treated at K Tan Trieu Hospital by direct phone call interview and psychiatric clinical examination.
21568Factors related to physical activity levels among older diabetic patients with uncontrolled blood glucose
This cross-sectional study was conducted to explore factors related to physical acitvity levels of older type 2 diabetic people with uncontrolled blood glucose (HbA1c ≥ 7%). Physical activity (PA) levels was assessed using the International Physical Activity Questionnaire short form. Association existed between the duration of diabetes, chronic complications and HbA1c levels with the extent of PA levels. Prevalence of patients who have been diagnosed with diabetes ≥ 5 years, with at least one chronic diabetes complication or HbA1c level ≥ 8% were significantly higher in lower PA level. Peripheral neuropathy, cerebrovascular, and renal complications, were identified as related factors to the PA levels.
21569Factors related to risk of falls among older post-stroke patients
This study was conducted to identify factors related to fall risk among older post-stroke patients. A cross-sectional study was conducted on 107 post-stroke patients aged ≥ 60 years old treated at the National Geriatric Hospital. Fall risk was assessed using the 21-item Fall Risk Index. This study showed two in three participants have a high risk of falls. Disability levels, instrumental activities of daily living, and depression were associated with a high risk of falls.
