This book is about self-sabotage. I choose chapter 2 “ There’s no such thing as self – sabotage ” to translate from English to Vietnamese. This is why we resist efforts to change, often until they feel completely futile. In this graduation paper, I analyzed almost significant problems such as vocabulary, and structures in this work. Moreover, I find out some challenges that students are often confused about in the translation process and put forward some effective solutions.
