19901Evaluating leisure services : making enlightened decisions : 3rd ed.
This book consists of a discussion of the three main element of evaluation divided into four logical units. The three parts are the thesis or the trilogy of a systematic process for evaluation or research - criteria (research question), evidence (data), and judment ( interpretation).
19902Evaluating project decisions : case studies in software engineering
Requirements–Elicitation, description, verification, validation, negotiation, contracting, and management over the software life cycle; Estimates–Conceptual solution design, decomposition, resource and overhead allocation, estimate construction, and change management; Planning–Defining objectives, policies, and scope; planning tasks, milestones, schedules, budgets, staff and other resources; and managing projects against plans; Product–Proper product definition, development process management, QA, configuration management, delivery, installation, training, and field service; Process–Defining, selecting, understanding, teaching, and measuring processes; evaluating process performance; and process improvement or optimization.
19903Evaluating research in academic journals : a practical guide to realistic evaluation : 4th ed.
This supplementary guide is for students who are learning how to evaluate published reports of empirical research. Numerous excerpts from journals in the social and behavioral sciences provide examples that allow students to learn the practical aspects of evaluating research.
19904Evaluating the acute toxicity and hepatoprotective effect of PROTECFUL hard capsule on paracetamol-induced acute hepatitis in mice
Drug-induced liver injury is characterized by liver damage due to pharmaceutical compounds, resulting in a wide range of liver disorders, from asymptomatic elevations in liver enzymes to full liver failure. It is a leading cause of acute liver failure in many countries. This study investigated the acute toxicity and evaluated hepatoprotective effects on paracetamol-induced acute hepatitis of PROTECFUL hard capsules in Swiss mice. The acute toxicity was assessed through oral administration, and a fifty percent lethal dose was determined using the Litchfield-Wilcoxon method.

19906Evaluating the elimination of iCasp9-IL15 CAR-T cells using photosensitizers AP20187 in vitro
This study was conducted to evaluate the ability to eliminate iCasp9-IL15 Chimeric Antigen Receptor-T (CAR-T) cells using the photosensitizers AP20187 in vitro. Peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC) were activated with Dynabeads Human T-Activator CD3/CD28 and IL-2 to optimize the concentration of the antibiotic blasticidin for screening iCasp9-IL15 CAR-T cells. iCasp9-IL15 CAR-T cells after proliferation with 1D2 artificial antigen-presenting cells, were screened using blasticidin. Subsequently, the iCasp9 suicide gene of these cells was activated at various concentrations of AP20187 photosensitizer.
19907Evaluating the plasma interleukin-1 beta and interleukin-8 levels in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases following treatment with allogeneic mesenchymal stem cell derived from umbilical cord tissues and platelet rich plasma
Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) is a common disease which negatively affects living quality and longevity of patients. In this study, we evaluated plasma IL-1β and IL-8 concentrations in 10 stage-D COPD patients before being transplanted with allogeneic MSCs derived from umbilical cord tissues (UC-MSCs) activated by platelet-rich plasma (PRP) and at 4 follow- ups (after 1, 3, 7, 12 months), as well as determined their associations with COPD clinical and sub-clinical parameters.
19908Evaluating the satisfaction of guests of Hilton Danang through analyzing online reviews

19909Evaluation of acute and subchronic toxicities of BTL lozenges on experimental animals
This research evaluated the acute and subchronic toxicities of BTL lozenges through oral administration in experimental animals. The acute toxicity was determined by Litchfield Wilcoxon method in Swiss mice. The subchronic toxicity was evaluated by the recommendation of WHO and OECD in Wistar rats with oral doses of 720 g/kg body weight/day (equal to recommended human dose) and 1440 g/kg body weight/day (2 times as high as recommended human dose) in 90 consecutive days.
19910Evaluation of acute and subchronic toxicity of An Nguyet Khang tablets in experimental animals
The research evaluated the acute and subchronic toxicities of An Nguyet Khang tablets in experimental animals. Acute toxicity was defined by the method of Litchfield Wilcoxon in Swiss mice. The subchronic toxicity was evaluated by WHO and OECD's recommendation in Wistar rats with oral doses of 0.65 g/kg/day (equal to recommended human dose) and 1.95 g/kg/day (3 times as high as recommended human dose) in fourconsecutive weeks.
