In this graduation paper, I would like to offer a suggested version in Vietnamese for English version of chapter 7 “Diet and Healthy” from the book “Food culture in Belgium" by Peter Schollers, 2009. In addition, I also analyzed some difficult vocabulary and grammar structures that I encountered during the process of translation this text.

This paper presents the suggested version of the original chapters from the book: “Roll of Thunder, Hear My Cry” and provides some knowledge in the literary field. However, it gives some difficulties and solutions happening during a translation process, especially when translating some phrases and sentences to the right context.

This graduation paper is a suggested translation of chapter V “Women, Health, and Globalization: A Critical Social Movement Perspective” in the book “Globalization, Women, and Health in the 21 st century” (2005) by Ilona Kickbusch, Kari A. Hartwig, and Justin M. List, the student gives a general introduction about the reasons for chosing the topic, then translating the English version into Vietnamese version. Next, the student analyzes the vocabulary and complicated structures of the suggested translation version. The difficulties in the translation and some essential solutions are suggested at the end of the graduation paper.
