This graduation paper is conducted to investigate into tour guides’ commentaries at Danang Cham Museum and My Son Holy Land as well. Additionally, from results of the investigation, the researcher will evaluate advantages and disadvantages or even strong points and weak points of the commentaries. Then, the researcher will give tour guides some solutions to improve as well as upgrade their speech. To find out solutions, the researcher has to gather all information about Cham culture, sculpture, architecture, etc from some official source as published materials, internet and etc. Based on knowledge of Cham culture, the researcher will compare, analyze, assess and give some suggestions for tour guides’ speech at Danang Cham Museum and My Son Holy Land in the future. This is the reason why this graduation paper is done.

In this graduation paper, I have found information about the Green Plaza hotel, strategies being used in attracting tourists, factors affecting to the attraction of tourists of the hotel, strong and weak points. Besides, I also give some suggestions so as to contribute to the attraction of tourists of Green Plaza hotel in the low season.

My graduation paper has three specific objectives. The first is giving some basic theories of hotel business, F&B service in hotel, the process of service and the factors affecting the quality of service of F&B department. The second is the real situation of the service quality at F&B department in Hoi An Historic Hotel. The last is some suggestions to improve the service quality at F & B at Hoi An Historic Hotel.
