The aim of this graduation paper is to translate the Chapter 1 of Economic book with the title: ―Hospitality & Travel Marketing‖ by Alastair M.Morrison from English to Vietnamese. The socio-economic translation is a challenge because it requires good translation skills. Besides, the translator must also have knowledge about economic issues. Therefore, I determined to translate this book to improve my translation skills and analyze some its structures and vocabulary. Furthermore, I also find out some difficulties that students face in economic translation and propose some effective solutions to help students during economic translation process.
