The study will focus on finding out information about services and the real situation of marine tourism through cruise department at Saigontourist Travel Comany from 2018 to 2019. Then, the study will analyze serving quality and find out its strong and weak points. Finally, it will give some solutions which are suitable for that reality in order to improve the quality of services.
