Tóm tắt:
The primary purpose of this graduation paper is to translate the original version of Chapter 4 from the book "The whole body reset" co-written by Stephen Perrine and Heidi Skolnik. Nowadays, when living standards are increasingly improved, health issues are progressively focused on, especially during the epidemic period; having good health is something that everyone aspires to. This thesis mentions the theoretical background, the original version, the suggested translation, and the analysis of some specialized vocabulary and structures in the translation process. Based on the translated version and the analysis in this thesis, I also noticed some limitations in translating this book. And at the same time, proposing some effective solutions in the last part of this study.
