Realizing the importance of expanding consumer loans activity, also desiring to survey the current condition and the possibility of developing the future consumer loans activity, the Researcher bases on the present conditions during the practice period at VietinBank Ngu Hanh Son branch, and also on the law of consumer loans activities of State Bank of Vietnam in order to select suitable methods to assess the situation of consumer loans at Vietinbank Ngu Hanh Son from 2010-2012.
