This book will provide practices, principles and case studies, this essential guide helps HR professionals hone their skills at delivering information, managing crises, responding to queries, and more. It is also the English original text that I translate into Vietnamese and analyze hard-to-translate vocabulary and structures. In addition, there are some common difficulties that the translator has faced in communication book translation and effective solutions to solve them. Finally, I proposed the implications for language teaching and learning, for translators as well as for anyone who are interested in communication field.
