Vietnam is in the period of world economic integration, domestic enterprises will face many challenges especially with the growth of the foreign enterprise. Therefore, domestic enterprises need to have strong resources to improve their competitiveness. First determining factor is the capital. A business wants to survive and grow, it needs capital.
