Tóm tắt:

The purpose of this thesis is first working out, second analyzing the real situations of Housekeeping Department in Green Hotel, and last giving out suggested solutions to improve housekeeping service quality of the hotel in the near future. After doing this research, I hope the Housekeeping Department in particular and Green Hotel in general will attract more guests to the hotel.
