My graduation paper is carried out with the aim of translating chapter 3 “Financing Schools: Equity and Disparity” from the book “Critical Issue In Education - First Edition by Emily Borrosse, the McGraw-Hill Publishing Companies, 2001” from English to Vietnamese. Another purpose of this graduation paper is the analysis of procedures of translating the text from which the difficulties and corresponding solutions are suggested. Besides, the thesis will be divided in to three main include part A, part B, Part C.
