This graduation paper involves the translation and analysis chapter 1 of the report “The World Health Report 1998” by World Health Organization, 1998. The chapter is translated into Vietnamese, and then, some important points will be analyzed particularly. Besides, the difficulties that faced in translation process are pointed out.
