Nhận xét hiệu quả điều trị 60 bệnh nhân tim bẩm sinh phụ thuốc ống động mạch. Kết quả cho thấy bệnh nhân phải nhập viện ngay trong ngày đầu sau sinh chiếm 36,66%, chỉ định ngắt oxy chỉ 15%, sử dụng PGE1 là 61,7% trong ngày đầu tiên. Số bệnh nhân phải dùng PGE1 liều cao là 60%. Khí máu cải thiện rõ rệt sau khi sử dụng.
