A survey conducted with first-year English majored students at Duy Tan University revealed that ELSA Speak was generally positively evaluated by most students and helped improve their pronunciation abilities. However, the research also indicated that ELSA Speak needs further development to provide the best learning experience for students. The study also made suggestions to maximize the potential of ELSA Speak.
