Bài viết nhằm hướng tới mục tiêu xây dựng và nâng cao, phát triển năng lực tự học cho sinh viên, đề cao sự tương tác và tư duy sáng tạo của sinh viên. Sinh viên tự quản lí thời gian để nắm vững kiến thức cơ bản thông qua việc tiếp cận các tài liệu học trực tuyến, video giảng dạy, bài giảng ghi âm và các bài tập trực tuyến trước khi đến lớp. Với kết quả nghiên cứu này, bài viết cung cấp thông tin và những phản hồi quan trọng về hiệu quả và tiềm năng của mô hình dạy học trực tuyến trên nền tảng VLE trong việc xây dựng năng lực tự học cho sinh viên và nâng cao chất lượng giảng dạy và học tập trong lĩnh vực giáo dục.
7882Blended learning for vietnamese-english specialised translation: an exploratory case study at a university in Vietnam
This study paper provides a complete analysis of the integration of the blended learning model in a Vietnamese-English specialized translation course in a university context. The study dives into the perspectives of 75 participants about the success of the blended learning strategy, using a qualitative case study design, thematic data analysis, and the Community of Inquiry (CoI) framework as a lens. Importantly, the research holds implications for pedagogical practices in translation education, emphases on the significance of technology integration, utilization of diverse learning resources, and adoption of student-centered approaches to maximize the benefits of blended learning in this area.
7883Blockade of interleukin-33 activities by recombinant interleukin-33 Trap Fc protein would be a novel therapeutic strategy in allergic asthma
The majority of autoimmune and allergic diseases are associated with abnormal expression of interleukin (IL)-33, a member of the IL-1 family of cytokines, that function dually as a proinflammatory cytokine and a transcriptional factor. We created an IL-33 inhibitor called "IL-33 Trap Fc" constructed by fusion of an Fc fragment of human immunoglobulin G1 and two distinct extracellular part receptors involved in interacting with IL-33, IL-1 receptors accessory protein, and IL-33 receptor. IL-33 Trap Fc was expressed by two systems, mammalian HEK293 cells and Pichia pastoris yeast. These data collectively suggested that IL-33 Trap Fc potently blocks IL-33 in vitro and in vivo, which may be a novel therapeutic strategy for IL-33-mediated allergic diseases.
