21301Evaluation of acute and subchronic toxicity of “Huyet Phu Truc U Hoan” in experimental animals
This research was carried out to evaluate the acute and sub-chronic toxicity of ‘‘Huyet phu truc u hoan’’ (HPTUH) in experimental animals. The acute toxicity was defined on Swiss mice by the Litchfield – Wilcoxon’s method and the sub-chronic toxicity on Wistar rat’s hematopoietic function, liver, and kidney functions according to the World Health Organization Guidance.
21302Evaluation of acute and subchronic toxicity of An Nguyet Khang tablets in experimental animals
The research evaluated the acute and subchronic toxicities of An Nguyet Khang tablets in experimental animals. Acute toxicity was defined by the method of Litchfield Wilcoxon in Swiss mice. The subchronic toxicity was evaluated by WHO and OECD's recommendation in Wistar rats with oral doses of 0.65 g/kg/day (equal to recommended human dose) and 1.95 g/kg/day (3 times as high as recommended human dose) in fourconsecutive weeks.
21303Evaluation of antitumor activity of saphia alkali K90 on dmba-induced carcinogenesis in swiss mice
The present study aimed to initially evaluate the anti-tumor effect of orally administered Saphia Alkali K90 in 7,12-dimethylbenz(a)anthracene (DMBA)-induced carcinogenesis in Swiss mice. Mice exposed to DMBA (total dose of 6 mg, p.o.) were treated with SAK90 at 15 ml/kg BW and 45 ml/kg BW daily. The vehicle was given to both normal and diseased controls. The change in body weight, mortality rate, tumor incidence, tumor burden, tumor yield, histopathology, and hematological and biochemical parameters were evaluated after 16 weeks of treatment.
21304Evaluation of preoperative anxiety of patients in Da Nang, Vietnam
The objective of study is to measure the preoperative anxiety and to find anxiety-affected factors among patients at Da Nang Hospital, Vietnam.
21305Evaluation of subchronic toxicity of diabetna capsules in experimental animals
This research aimed to evaluate the subchronic toxicity of Diabetna capsules through oral administration in experimental animals. The subchronic toxicity was studied in Wistar rats with oral doses of 0.72 g/kg/day (equal to recommended human dose) and 2.16 g/kg/day (3 times as high as recommended human dose) in consecutive 12 weeks, following guidance from the World Health Organization and Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development.
21306Evaluation of telecommunication network operational reliability based on gray relation projection method
Telecommunication network reliability plays an important role in network management and decision-making, but most traditional methods for analyzing and estimating the telecommunication network reliability can't evaluate the network actually and roundly because it only considers a certain single performance or index of the network. According to the knowledge of reliability and systems engineering, a novel model for evaluating telecommunication network operational reliability is proposed based on multiple criteria decision making (MCDM).

21308Evaluation on quality of life improvement in patients after microvascular decompression treatment of hemifacial spasm
Hemifacial spasm (HFS) while not a life-threatening condition, still causes significant facial disfigurement and consequently decreases patient’s quality of life (QoL). A retrospective study was conducted at the Neurosurgery Department of Viet Duc University Hospital with 36 patients with HFS who underwent MVD. The clinical data of these patients were collected prospectively and consecutively from June 2023 to June 2024. The validated, questionnaire (EQ-5D-5L, EQ-VAS, PHQ-9, Jankovic Rating Scale) was used to evaluate the QoL in patients with HFS after MVD.
21309Evaluation on the Zn2+ ion adsorption capacity in water of Spirulina platensis biomaterial
In this study, the bioadsorption of Zn2+ ions in an assumed aqueous solution by the dry biomass of S. platensis TH was investigated. The Zn2+ ion adsorption of biomaterials was evaluated under different conditions, including pH, contact time, temperature, and adsorbent mass. The optimal Zn2+ ion removal efficiency reached 90.32 ± 0.29% at Zn2+ ion concentration of 100 mg/L, pH 5.0, a temperature of 26oC, and a dry biomass dose of 1.5 g/L for 90 min. Langmuir and Freundlich's isothermal models were used to describe the adsorption isotherm of Zn2+ ions on S. platensis TH. Equilibrium data fitted well with the Langmuir model as well as the Freundlich model, with a maximum adsorption capacity of 34.56 mg Zn2+/g S. platensis TH under the reaction conditions of 1.5 g/L biomass dosage, the contact time of 90 min, pH 5.0, at 26oC.
