20981Evaluating the elimination of iCasp9-IL15 CAR-T cells using photosensitizers AP20187 in vitro
This study was conducted to evaluate the ability to eliminate iCasp9-IL15 Chimeric Antigen Receptor-T (CAR-T) cells using the photosensitizers AP20187 in vitro. Peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC) were activated with Dynabeads Human T-Activator CD3/CD28 and IL-2 to optimize the concentration of the antibiotic blasticidin for screening iCasp9-IL15 CAR-T cells. iCasp9-IL15 CAR-T cells after proliferation with 1D2 artificial antigen-presenting cells, were screened using blasticidin. Subsequently, the iCasp9 suicide gene of these cells was activated at various concentrations of AP20187 photosensitizer.
20982Evaluating the plasma interleukin-1 beta and interleukin-8 levels in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases following treatment with allogeneic mesenchymal stem cell derived from umbilical cord tissues and platelet rich plasma
Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) is a common disease which negatively affects living quality and longevity of patients. In this study, we evaluated plasma IL-1β and IL-8 concentrations in 10 stage-D COPD patients before being transplanted with allogeneic MSCs derived from umbilical cord tissues (UC-MSCs) activated by platelet-rich plasma (PRP) and at 4 follow- ups (after 1, 3, 7, 12 months), as well as determined their associations with COPD clinical and sub-clinical parameters.
20983Evaluating the result of cytoreductive surgery after neoadjuvant chemotherapy in advanced epithelial ovarian cancer
A retrospective study of 61 patients was conducted to evaluate the preliminary results of maximal cytoreductive surgery following neoadjuvant chemotherapy for FIGO stage IIIC-IV ovarian cancer from 2019 to 2023.

20985Evaluation of acute and subchronic toxicities of BTL lozenges on experimental animals
This research evaluated the acute and subchronic toxicities of BTL lozenges through oral administration in experimental animals. The acute toxicity was determined by Litchfield Wilcoxon method in Swiss mice. The subchronic toxicity was evaluated by the recommendation of WHO and OECD in Wistar rats with oral doses of 720 g/kg body weight/day (equal to recommended human dose) and 1440 g/kg body weight/day (2 times as high as recommended human dose) in 90 consecutive days.
20986Evaluation of acute and subchronic toxicity of “Huyet Phu Truc U Hoan” in experimental animals
This research was carried out to evaluate the acute and sub-chronic toxicity of ‘‘Huyet phu truc u hoan’’ (HPTUH) in experimental animals. The acute toxicity was defined on Swiss mice by the Litchfield – Wilcoxon’s method and the sub-chronic toxicity on Wistar rat’s hematopoietic function, liver, and kidney functions according to the World Health Organization Guidance.
20987Evaluation of acute and subchronic toxicity of An Nguyet Khang tablets in experimental animals
The research evaluated the acute and subchronic toxicities of An Nguyet Khang tablets in experimental animals. Acute toxicity was defined by the method of Litchfield Wilcoxon in Swiss mice. The subchronic toxicity was evaluated by WHO and OECD's recommendation in Wistar rats with oral doses of 0.65 g/kg/day (equal to recommended human dose) and 1.95 g/kg/day (3 times as high as recommended human dose) in fourconsecutive weeks.
20988Evaluation of antitumor activity of saphia alkali K90 on dmba-induced carcinogenesis in swiss mice
The present study aimed to initially evaluate the anti-tumor effect of orally administered Saphia Alkali K90 in 7,12-dimethylbenz(a)anthracene (DMBA)-induced carcinogenesis in Swiss mice. Mice exposed to DMBA (total dose of 6 mg, p.o.) were treated with SAK90 at 15 ml/kg BW and 45 ml/kg BW daily. The vehicle was given to both normal and diseased controls. The change in body weight, mortality rate, tumor incidence, tumor burden, tumor yield, histopathology, and hematological and biochemical parameters were evaluated after 16 weeks of treatment.
20989Evaluation of preoperative anxiety of patients in Da Nang, Vietnam
The objective of study is to measure the preoperative anxiety and to find anxiety-affected factors among patients at Da Nang Hospital, Vietnam.
20990Evaluation of subchronic toxicity of diabetna capsules in experimental animals
This research aimed to evaluate the subchronic toxicity of Diabetna capsules through oral administration in experimental animals. The subchronic toxicity was studied in Wistar rats with oral doses of 0.72 g/kg/day (equal to recommended human dose) and 2.16 g/kg/day (3 times as high as recommended human dose) in consecutive 12 weeks, following guidance from the World Health Organization and Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development.
