Kết quả 127 bệnh nhân thỏa tiêu chuẩn chọn mẫu được đưa vào nghiên cứu. 4,3% bệnh nhân đạt PCyR ở tháng thứ 3. 12% bệnh nhân đạt CCyR ở tháng thứ 6. 18,8% bệnh nhân đạt MMR ở tháng thứ 12 và 15% đạt MR4 ở tháng thứ 18.

Đánh giá đáp ứng sớm sau điều trị I-131 lần đầu và xác định giá trị tiên lượng của nồng độ Thyroglobulin (Tg) kích thích trước điều trị ở bệnh nhi ung thư tuyến giáp thể biệt hóa. Nghiên cứu trên 50 người bệnh dưới 18 tuổi điều trị tại bệnh viện K từ tháng 11/2019 đến tháng 2/2026. Tỷ lệ đáp ứng hoàn toàn sau điều trị I-131 lần đầu là 34,0%. Nồng độ Tg kích thích trước điều trị có liên quan với kết quả điều trị, xu hướng giảm rõ rệt tỷ lệ đáp ứng hoàn toàn khi Tg tăng (p < 0,001). Phân tích hồi quy đa biến xác định Tg là yếu tố dự báo độc lập đối với đáp ứng. Phân tích ROC cho thấy Tg có khả năng phân biệt tốt giữa các nhóm đáp ứng (AUC = 0,882; 95% CI: 0,791 - 0,974), với ngưỡng cắt tối ưu 7,30 ng/mL (độ nhạy 88,2%, độ đặc hiệu 69,7%). Nồng độ Tg kích thích trước điều trị là yếu tố tiên lượng có giá trị trong dự đoán đáp ứng sớm sau I-131 ở trẻ em ung thư tuyến giáp thể biệt hóa.
