Đồng thời, nghiên cứu chỉ ra công bằng phân phối không tác động trực tiếp nhưng gián tiếp, dự báo ý định tiếp tục công việc giao hàng công nghệ thông qua yếu tố gắn kết với công việc. Các phát hiện nghiên cứu này cung cấp thêm một số hiểu biết về các yếu tố thúc đẩy ý định tiếp tục công việc của các lao động trên các nền tảng trực tuyến.
