(1) Describe the state of job satisfaction of nurses, midwives, and technicians by using the Job Descriptive Index (JDI); (2) Investigate the relationships between job satisfaction and demographic characteristics of nurses, midwives, and technicians; (3) Identify factors that predict job satisfaction among nurses, midwives, and technicians.
