Labor force is the biggest resource of the organization and is also a huge factor in the cost structure of business. Therefore, companies need to know how to encourage the employees to work with all their hearts to gain good results and how to use human resources within the organization appropriately and effectively. So, to study this matter, I have chosen the topic for my thesis: “Solutions to promote employees’ working motivation at Danang Food Joint Stock Company”. With this theme, the goal is to assess which factors affect to the working motivation of employees, know the needs and perspectives of staff to apply appropriate human resources policies, while providing a number of measures to improve the problems in the company's operations and human resource policies. To achieve these objectives, the thesis will use the methods of collecting data with statistical methods, meta-analysis, using a questionnaire survey and interviews. Thereby, the expected result is to identify and assess the needs, views of staff about activities and policies as well as foster motivation of employees, and offer solutions to help solve the problems that exist within the company.

The thesis was initially choose six factors impact the loyalty of employee from the theoretical basis including salary, reward, work environment, colleagues, employee benefits, training and development policies. Depending on the establishment, we design survey about the factor affect the loyalty of employee at Novotel Da Nang Premier Han River. We use quantitative method, which answer the questionnaire in survey. We publish 200 surveys and get about 175 survey then.
