In this paper graduation, I had some basic knowledge of the hospitality sector and has practical experience when i interned at the hotel. I visited some parts of the hotel such as: Reception, Housekeeping, Restaurant and bar, facilities and equipment of the hotels. To help White Snow Hotel survive sustainability with its business on market business hotel. I will give some suggestions and solutions to help White Snow Hotel become the four-star hotel in Da Nang city.
