Clarifying some basic theories of hotel services, quality of service and the service and the serving process. Clarifying, the serving process of the food and beverage  department at The Nam Hai Resort that has not met the needs of guests. Proposing some suggestions to improve the serving process of the food and beverage department at The Nam Hai Resort and offering some recommendations for the authorities so that catering industry grows much more day by day.
