Chapter I is theoretical background about translation; Chapter II is original version (the first 10 pages) of chapter 2: “’The Book on Investing In Real Estate with No ( and Low ) Money Down”, which is followed by my suggested translation; Chapter III contains the analysis of some typical difficult words, phrases, idioms and structures; Chapter IV consists of difficulties which l encounter and solutions which help me overcome these difficulties.
