The World Bank invites organizations to apply for the VBLP Grant Round 7 sponsored by the Australian Government’s Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade, Australian Aid through the management of Vietnam Development Information Center .

The Vietnam Blended Learning Program aims to support Vietnamese local institutions in developing knowledge management activities and training programs which ultimately contribute to more efficient local and central governance, through the use of innovative learning technologies and blended approaches.

Grant amount: Selected institutions will receive an amount of approximately US$30,000 for implementing their proposed activities within a period of 6 – 8 months.

Selection process: Short-listed Expressions of Interest will be invited to present proposed ideas. Only the selected teams will develop full proposals. The best proposals will be awarded the Grant.

Interested organizations are invited to submit the formulated Expression of Interest Form in English  by 5.30 pm, Friday 6^th December 2013 via email to Ðặng Thị Ngọc Lan: ldang@worldbank.org.
