This graduation paper is about the Vietnamese translation of a book “100 tips for hoteliers” written by Peter Venison. This book was originally published in 2015 by Peter Venison himself. Author decide to select the chapter four of the book to translate because this chapter makes me very interesting. Moreover, it gives some difficulties and solutions happening during a translation process, especially when translating some phrases, analysis of vocabulary and structures relating to the tips for hoteliers. This graduation paper will help translator to get some experiences and to identify some mistakes and difficulties arising in translating process. Basing on this way, the translator can improve their knowledge and understanding some strengths and weaknesses of translation.
