In this paper, I analyzed some essential features such as phrasal verbs, multiple-meaning words, as well as challenging structures like passive, compound, etc. Moreover, during the process of translating, I realized that there were several difficulties in translation that students usually encounter and suggested some possible solutions.

Additionally, at the conclusion of this study, there are some effective solutions to assist students in translating more effectively. I hope that, with today's advantage of translation, students will be able to gain a wealth of useful knowledge for both social and personal purposes.

This book is about self-sabotage. I choose chapter 2 “ There’s No Such Thing As Self – Sabotage ” to translate from English to Vietnamese. The aim of this thesis is why we do it, when we do it, and how to stop doing it - for good. Coexisting but conflicting needs create self-sabotaging behaviors. This is why we resist efforts to change, often until they feel completely futile. In this graduation paper, I analyzed almost significant problems such as vocabulary, and structures in this work. Moreover, I find out some challenges that students are often confused about in the translation process and put forward some effective solutions.
